Event hosts can easily notify nearby food pantries or charities of potential donations through a user-friendly interface. After establishing communication, users are prompted to capture images of the surplus food items and provide necessary details via a brief questionnaire. Leveraging the integrated map function on the app, hosts can identify the nearest pantry and submit their donation request.

For food pantries and charitable organizations, setting up an account allows them to receive donation requests efficiently. Depending on their availability, recipients can engage with event hosts by utilizing the app's messaging feature or opting for a direct call if preferred.
